LFPI invests in Eductive
LFPI has backed the management buyout of Eductive, a French private higher and professional education service provider.
LFPI acted as lead investor in the round, with BPI France and BNP Paribas Développement joining as minority co-investors.
LFPI will help Eductive pursue organic as well as external growth, with some bolt-on acquisitions already in the pipeline, according to the GP.
LFPI was not available for comment at the time of writing.
Debt
A senior debt package provided by HSBC and BNP Paribas, as well as a mezzanine debt provided by LFPI Gestion, supported the transaction.
