Isatis Capital invests €4m in Web100T
Isatis Capital has backed the management buyout of Web100T, a software developer for medical administration.
The MBO allowed Isatis Capital to inject €4m into the company. The management team kept a majority stake, while Isatis Capital acquired a minority stake, according to the GP. It drew equity from the Crescendo fund.
LCL arranged senior debt for the transaction, and a capex facility was put in place.
Isatis has €330m in assets under management and invests in growth capital transactions for companies generating revenues between €5-100m. The GP typically invests between €3-10m per deal.
Isatis is the former direct buyout arm of BNP Paribas Private Equity, and was spun out in 2013. The GP held a first close on €42m for its Crescendo fund in November last year. At the time, the GP said it would subsequently hold a final close in Q3 2017, targeting €100m with a €120m hard-cap.

Founded in 2003, Web100T produces software used for administrative purposes in public and private healthcare institutions in France. It is based in Paris, Mérignac, Bidart and Toulouse. The company's turnover stood at €10m in 2016.
