
Jones Day recruits three Linklaters lawyers in Paris office

Linklaters has hired partner David Swinburne and associates Sylvain Kabeya and Kévin Bousset in its Paris office.
Swinburne joins the firm's private equity practice as a partner in its Paris office. All three appointments moved from Linklaters to Jones Day.
Swinburne has 20 years of experience in private equity transactions, working on mid-cap and large-cap leveraged buyouts, infrastructure projects, M&A matters, special situations transactions and business restructurings.
