
Abénex backs debt manager Premista
Abénex has bought a minority stake in French debt consolidation expert Premista in a buyout transaction of undisclosed value.
Premista used to be equally owned by managers Thibault Serby, Jean-Marie Person and Frederic Wattebled. The company expects €40m turnover this year, according to French daily Capital Finance.
Abénex's backing will help Premista to develop its intermediation of insurance services, real estate loans and credit pooling.

Headquartered in Nancy and born from the merger between Centrale Finances and Vegalis Finances in 2015, Premista provides banking intermediation services and related insurance products (loans and life insurance). The company employs 300 staff and employees and relies on a network of 200 agents of intermediaries in banking operations. It has approximately €500m in debt under management.
