
Isatis invests in Hotline to finance Groupe Metalis bolt-on
Isatis has invested in Hotline, and financed its acquisition of Groupe Metalis, a group of companies specialised in IT technical assistance to companies.
Senior debt was provided for the transaction by Banque Européenne du Crédit Mutuelle and Banque Populaire Rives de Paris.
Isatis is currently investing from its Crescendo fund, which typically invests around €6m in French SMEs. The fund was first announced in November 2016, according to Unquote Data.

Hotline, founded in 1983, is an outsourced IT service whose clients include a range of private and public companies, including KPMG, Mazars, Air France, Crédit Agricole and municipalities. One of its main services is IT-helpdesk activity. Since 2003, Hotline launched its voice services department Naturalvoice to offer solutions to large and medium-sized companies wishing to improve their customer relationships over the phone. Hotline is headquartered in Nanterre.
Groupe Metalis is composed of the companies Metalogic, Ingelogic and Nethys. With four offices in France, the group also has facilities in Poland, Slovakia, China and India.
Metalogic, based in Clichy, generated a turnover of more than €8m in 2015 and 2016. It employs around 110 staff.
