Omnes sells Adictiz to trade
Omnes Capital has sold French video games developer Adictiz to media and technology company Webedia.
Omnes Capital invested €2m in the games developer in 2012. The fresh capital was intended to help Adictiz create new games, make targeted marketing investments, and enter into partnerships and licensing agreements worldwide to develop its brands. At the time of the investment it had a B-to-C model, though during the investment, the company started focusing exclusively on a B-to-B service.
Webedia is a global media and technology company focused on the entertainment industries. Founded in 2007, it is headquartered in Levallois-Perret.
