Alliance Entreprendre, BPI France buy Copac in SBO
Alliance Entreprendre and BPI France have acquired a majority stake in French construction equipment business Copac, while Ciclad has exited its investment.
Alliance Entreprendre led the investment, acquiring more than 50% of the company on its own.

CIC Banque Privée and BNP Paribas provided debt for the transaction.
The business has more than doubled its revenues since 2009, when it posted a turnover of €8.1m.

Established in 1990, Copac designs, rents and sells safety equipment for construction workers. Based in Ennery, the company generates a turnover of around €20m and has 75 employees.
