
Indigo Capital backs Ozitem MBO
Mezzanine finance provider Indigo Capital is backing the management buyout of Levallois-Perret-based IT consultancy firm Ozitem.
Following the takeover, Francois Espieux – general manager and minority shareholder in Ozitem – will lead the management team alongside key executives including founder and CEO Laurent Soulie.
In addition to the mezzanine financing provided by Indigo, senior debt was arranged by BNP Paribas, HSBC and LCL.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Levallois-Perret, Ile de France, Ozitem specialises in IT systems infrastructure consultancy. It employs a staff of 350 with additional offices in Toulouse and Lyon. The firm generated revenues of €35m in 2017.
