
Siparex backs Bebe Boutik in MBO
French GP Siparex has invested €4m in Bebe Boutik, a French private sales business focused on baby products.
The GP invested via its Siparex Small Cap arm. Founder Frederic Durand has retained a stake in the business.
Bebe Boutik is aiming to increase the amount of brands it partners with. The business is also planning to expand abroad and is currently targeting the Spanish market.

Founded in 2012 and based in Colomiers, Bebe Boutik sells toys, childcare products, clothing, bed linen and decoration products for children aged 0-12. The business expects a €15m turnover in 2018 and employs 50 people.
