
LT Capital invests in Groupe Leader Insurance
LT Capital has backed the MBO of France-based broker Groupe Leader Insurance.
The deal saw founder and CEO Yoann Chery increase his majority stake, while individual investors Alain Audouy, Jacques Pelletier and Pierre Dhers have exited.
LT Capital, investing via its latest vehicle, LTC III fund, has acquired a minority stake. LTC III held a first close on €60m in May, a spokesperson for LT Capital told Unquote. The GP is expecting to hold a final close of around €100m in July.
LT Capital was founded in 2017 by a group of investors who had previously worked for Paluel Marmont Capital (PMC). LTC III represents the first fundraise by LT Capital since inception.

Based in Épône, Groupe Leader Insurance generates revenue of €20m and has 70 employees. Its brand Leader Insurance operates 22 agencies in France and abroad.
