
LBO France buys My Media Group
LBO France has bought a majority stake in France-based My Media Group, a communications business.
LBO France drew capital from the White Knight IX fund for the transaction. My Media Group is the vehicle's seventh investment.
My Media Group intends to accelerate its development via organic growth and a buy-and-build strategy in France and abroad.
The company was 51% owned by investment firm Dzeta Conseil until 2015, when founders Anthony Ravau and David Ringrave bought back Dzeta's stake for €20m.

Founded in 2005, My Media Group is a communications group specialising in marketing performance, including TV-to-web media campaigns and search-engine optimisation.
The business employs 130 people and generated revenues of €24m in 2017. My Media Group currently owns four agencies: My Media, Roik, Search Foresight and Eggs. The business is based in Levallois-Perret.
