
Isatis Capital, Entrepreneur Venture back Everwin MBO
Private equity firms Isatis Capital and Entrepreneur Venture have backed the management buyout of French business management software publisher Everwin Group.
The management team, led by founder and president Tony Penochet, acquired a majority stake in the software publisher.
French publication Capital Finance reported that PE firm Carvest and several unidentified individual investors sold their 30% stake in the business.
Senior debt for the transaction was provided by banks Crédit Agricole and LCL.

Founded in 1995, Everwin is a software publisher specialising in business management for SMEs, including client relationship management, enterprise resource planning and collaborative web platform services. Everwin posted a €13m turnover in 2017 and employs 135 people. Headquartered in Etampes, the business operates nine agencies.
