Qualium backs Parella
Private equity firm Qualium Investissement has acquired a stake in Parella, a French corporate real estate advisory specialist.
The GP invested alongside the company's managers and employees.
Qualium is currently deploying capital from its second fund, which held a €370m first close in December 2017, exceeding its initial target of €350m. The vehicle invests equity tickets of €20-75m in European SMEs with enterprise values between €40-250m.
Parella plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate its growth in France and abroad, and consolidate its market share in the commercial real estate consulting sector.
