NCI, BPI France support Welcome Media BIMBO
NCI and BPI France have bought stakes in Welcome Media, a France-based marketing and advertising agency.
NCI has bought a majority stake in the business, while BPI France has acquired a minority, a spokesperson from NCI confirmed to Unquote.
NCI has invested via its €100m Reprendre et Développer 4 vehicle, which closed on €100m in 2017.
New managers Frederic Boucher and Antoine Emeury – as well as existing members of management, Anne Dumon and Stephane Bour – joined as shareholders, Unquote understands.

Founded in 2008 and based in Paris, Welcome Media is an advertising and marketing agency for media companies, brands and e-merchants.
The business, generating a €7m turnover and posting a €2.8m EBITDA, employs 30 people, according to French publication Capital Finance.
