Meeschaert buys My Mobility
Meeschaert Capital Partners has bought a majority stake in France-based My Mobility, a transport service for disabled children.
The French GP, specialising in lower-mid-cap businesses, is investing alongside the management team, led by Jean-François Pech.
The transaction sees holding company la Compagnie d'Anjou and investment company Martek, led by Marcel Katz, divest after having owned the business since 2013. The founders of the business have also sold their stakes.
The GP will support My Mobility in diversifying its services and in its digitalisation process.
Company
Founded in 2012 and based in Vert Saint Denis, the company transports around 6,000 children with reduced mobility every day on school roads, but also provides transport for senior customers.
Operating via its subsidiaries JL International and ST2S, the business is aiming to generate revenues of €40m in 2018.
