
Capitem Partenaires backs Shift in MBO
Small-cap specialist Capitem Partenaires has backed the MBO of France-based Shift, a digital project management consultant, from Devoteam, a listed French IT company.
The transaction saw founders Alexandre Rocco, Damien Ballade and Julien Perdriel acquire a majority stake in Shift, while Capitem Partenaires retained a minority, a person familiar with the situation told Unquote.
The Shift group was founded by Rocco, Ballade and Perdriel under a joint venture with Devoteam.

Founded in 2013, Shift advises companies on their digital projects and assists with strategy and IT governance.
Based in Lyon, the business employs 100 people and expects a turnover of €10m in 2018, Unquote understands.
