
Arkéa, Sofimac back Decortiat Estelle MBI
Arkéa Capital and Sofimac Régions have backed the management buy-in of France-based Decortiat Estelle, a perfumes and luxury cosmetics packaging business.
Taking over from previous owner Denis Dauliach, private investor Dominique Bidaut has acquired a majority stake in the business and will lead the company's management team going forward.
Arkéa and Sofimac have bought minority stakes, investing €1.5m and €800,000 respectively.

Founded in 1972 and based in Saint-Laurent-Nouan, Decortiat Estelle is a packaging specialist for the beauty, perfume, hygiene and skincare sectors, offering technological & capability sub-contracting.
The business recorded a €7m turnover in 2017, employs 90 people and has seen an annual growth of 15% over the past three years.
