CM-CIC, BPI France back Hardis Group MBO
CM-CIC Investissement and BPI France have backed Hardis Group, a French IT consulting and software developer, investing alongside a group of managers.
Together the PE firms will retain a 66% stake in Hardis group. Up to 30 managers, led by Nicolas Odet and Yvan Coutaz, have acquired stakes in the business.
The company was previously owned by founder and president Christian Balmain, who is now retiring, alongside three associates.

Founded in 1984, Hardis Group operates as a consultancy company, an information technology service provider and a software publisher. It assists customers in the transformation of their business model, digital value chain and logistics operations.
Headquartered in Grenoble, the group generates a €116m turnover and a €10m EBITDA, employing 1,115 people.
