
Apicap backs T&T Consulting MBO
French GP Apicap has invested in France-based T&T Consulting, a technology engineering and consulting firm specialised in telecoms and information systems.
The transaction sees founder and CEO Christophe Janin retain the majority of the business, and some members of the management team acquire stakes.
Apicap's backing will help the business achieve management succession and support potential build-up opportunities. The transaction was supported by senior debt provided by LCL and Banque Populaire Rives de Paris.

Founded in 1999, T&T Consulting is a French technology engineering and consulting firm specialised in telecoms and information systems. The company provides advice and services relating to high-speed, big data or network security, mainly in France, but also in Slovakia, Tunisia and Morocco.
Based in Sèvres, the business generated a €17.5m turnover in 2018 and employed 250 people.
