
LT Capital buys minority stake in EXTeam
Private equity firm LT Capital has acquired a minority stake in France-based EXTeam, a digital engineering and consulting firm, investing alongside management.
The LBO transaction values the deal at more than €20m, Unquote has learned. Founders Hamdi Mahbouli, Patrick Arsan and Fabien Koskas have retained a majority stake.
Banks LCL, BNP Paribas and Banque Populaire Val de France provided debt for the transaction.
LT is currently investing via its LTC III fund, which closed on €105m a year ago. LT invests in small-cap deals in France, with a ticket size of €2.5-10m per deal.

Founded in 2013, EXTeam is a digital engineering and consulting business, specialising in infrastructure analysis, development and management. Located in Levallois, the business has a headcount of 258 people and generated turnover of €29m in 2018.
