
Initiative & Finance backs L'Anneau Securus Sesam
GP Initiative & Finance has acquired a minority stake in the France-based security services provider L'Anneau Securus Sesam.
Initiative & Finance’s backing will help the business increase its current offering and create new services.
The GP is currently investing via its Initiative & Finance II fund, closed on €168m in 2015. The small-cap fund writes €2-15m tickets, with a sweet spot in the €4-10m range.
Société Générale has provided senior debt for the transaction.
The company was fully owned by the founder and director Samuel Sultan, according to French publication Capital Finance.

Founded in 2003 and based in Paris, L'Anneau Securus Sesam offers fire safety, caretaking, airport security and other complementary services. Operating mostly in the Ile-de-France region but also elsewhere in France, the company's revenues amounted to €50m in 2018.
