Capza, BPI France back Coutot-Roehrig MBO
Capza and BPI France has acquired a minority stake in France estate genealogy services provider Coutot-Roehrig.
CEO Guillaume Roehrig and his family retain the majority.
Capza, which is leading this transaction, is investing in the company with capital and mezzanine to support its development strategy. The group is planning to consolidate in France and abroad, and will diversify its activities to the management of dormant assets in collaboration with banking and insurance institutions.

With origins dating to 1894, Coutot-Roehrig specialises in the search for heirs in the context of successions. The group employs 285 genealogists and lawyers across 47 branches, including 12 outside of France. It generates around €50m in sales.
