
Abenex backs Groupe Aerow
Private equity firm Abenex has acquired a majority stake in Groupe Aerow, a French enterprise content management specialist.
The management team, led by Vincent Paulet and Thierry Saunier, reinvested in the company alongside the GP, while founders Jerome Pechot and Marc Wolff retained a minority stake.
Banque Populaire Val de France provided a debt package to support the deal.
Abenex intends to boost the company’s growth both organically and via external acquisitions in complementary segments.
