
Siparex acquires French consultancy firm Fixage
Private equity firm Siparex has acquired a minority stake in France-based actuarial consulting firm Fixage.
The company’s founders Michel and Dominique Piermay will retain a majority ownership while several members of the management increased their stakes in the company.
The GP deployed equity from its Siparex Entrepreneurs fund.
Fixage generates revenues of around €10m and employs 80 staff, according to French publication Capital Finance.
