
Alliance Entreprendre acquires Ecoclean, LT reinvests
Alliance Entreprendre has acquired commercial cleaning company Ecoclean Services, while existing owner LT Capital has reinvested.
The new investor used its Alliance LBO fund for the deal; the vehicle takes capital stakes in profitable SMEs alongside entrepreneurs whom the fund supports in buyout situations. Alliance LBO provides equity capital financing for companies valued in the €5-50m range and participates in all types of buyouts.
LT will retain a stake, while the management team, led by Laurent Petit, has increased its stake. Private investors Christian Snider, Baudouin de Villeneuve and the Verde family also participated in the transaction.
LT and Alliance Entreprendre invested €6m and €10m respectively, according to Capital Finance.

In 2016, LT acquired a majority stake in the firm.
