
LT Capital acquires Global Partner
LT Capital has acquired France-based IT consultancy Global Partner.
The company aims to establish further offices in France, as well as improve its service offering and customer services, according to a statement. According to Capital Finance, the company has experienced recent growth of 15-20% per year.
LT Capital is currently deploying equity via LTC III, which held a final close in September 2018 on €105m, surpassing its target of €100m. The fund deploys equity tickets of €2-12m, focusing on France-based businesses and taking minority or majority stakes.
Senior debt to support the buyout was provided by Banque Populare.
