
Apax to buy Odigo from Capgemini
Apax France has entered into exclusive negotiations with Capgemini to acquire Odigo, a French contact centre specialist.
With the fresh financing and support provided by Apax, Odigo plans to accelerate its growth and international expansion, while boosting its technological innovation.
The GP will invest in the company via Apax France X, a buyout fund launched in 2019 with a hard-cap of €1.4bn. The fund has raised €1.2bn so far.
Earlier this month, the fund entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Groupe Crystal, a French investment and asset management consultancy.

Founded in 1986 as Prosodie and headquartered in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, Odigo is an omni-channel cloud platform that supports companies in the management of their customer interactions.
The business offers technologies aimed at improving both customer satisfaction and employee experience. The company was bought by Capgemini in 2011.
Employing 650 staff, Odigo has more than 400,000 users and around 200 customers in nearly 100 countries.
