
TCR invests in In'Tech Medical
TCR Capital has acquired a stake in French orthopaedic devices manufacturer In'Tech Medical, alongside Arkea Capital.
The company's founders and management also took part in the transaction. In'Tech will now look to accelerate its export activity, broaden its products and services offering, and expand into new segments of the orthopaedic devices market.
Debt
Société Générale, Crédit Agricole Nord de France and Caisse d'Epargne provided a senior debt package to finance the transaction. Idinvest Partners provided a mezzanine tranche.
Company
Founded in 1999, In'Tech Medical manufactures orthopedic devices and implants. It employs 280 staff across three sites in France and one in the US. In'Tech generates a turnover of around €30m.
People
David Robin, Laurent Catry and Fabien Bernez led the deal for TCR. Arkea was represented by Cyril Miller and Etienne Simonnet.
