
Ixo, BPI invest €5m in i-Run
Ixo Private Equity and BPI France have injected €5m into i-Run, a French online retailer of running and fitness clothing.
The company hired Capitalmind as its corporate finance adviser, which then approached Ixo and BPI to strike a deal.
The €5m equity injection by BPI and Ixo has been accompanied by a debt facility provided by Crédit Mutuel and BNP Paribas.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Saint Alban near Toulouse, i-Run is an online retailer of sportswear, particularly shoes and clothing for running and trail-walking.
Brands sold by the company include Adidas, Nike, Reebok and Puma. The company generates €30m in revenues and employs around 40 staff.
