BlackFin buys DevisMutuelle and KelAssur
BlackFin Capital Partners has acquired insurance comparison sites DevisMutuelle and KelAssur.
The GP has a history of activity in the insurance aggregator space: in July 2012, BlackFin completed the buyout of MisterAssur, then an investment in Mutuelle Conseil followed in January 2013 and a capital injection in KBO Group in March 2013.
BlackFin intends to build an independent group of online comparison sites for financial products in France.
Both companies will continue to operate as before, retaining corporate independence.
The acquisitions are in line with BlackFin's exclusive focus on the financial services sector in Europe.
