
Innovacom leads €4.2m round for Olea Medical
Innovacom and existing investor EMAL have committed €4.2m to French medical software company Olea Medical.
Capital for the deal was sourced from Innovacom 6 FCRP, which closed on €150m in December 2007. The new investment will underpin the company's international expansion.
Existing investor EMAL first entered in agreements with Olea Medical in 2009.

Olea Medical is French provider of software applications for MRI and CT image processing in medical settings. The company is headquartered in La Ciotat, with an additional office in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The company owns patents for its technology applications. The company employs 30 staff globally.

Vincent Deltrieu led the investment on behalf of Innovacom, while Jean Gouverneyre represented EMAL. Fayçal Djeridane is president and CEO of Olea Medical.
