
Abénex buys RG Safety from Salvepar
Abénex has agreed to acquire French protection equipment RG Safety from industrial holding Salvepar.
Salvepar stated that the transaction valued RG Safety at €16.9m. The deal will also include a price supplement, which will be determined during the course of 2013 and could further add to Salvepar's proceeds. The deal is expected to close in May.
Abénex was not available for comment at this time.

Founded in 1987, RG Safety specialises in personal protection equipment used by workers in a variety of industries. The company has more than 30,000 products in its catalogue.
RG Safety posted a €156m turnover in 2012 with a net profit of €7.4m.
