Qualium sells Agro-Service 2000 to Naxicap
Qualium Investissement has sold Agro-Service 2000, a French distributor of non-motorised agricultural equipment, to Naxicap Partners and the company’s two key management team members.
Naxicap invested in Agro-Service alongside company president Richard Palfray and managing director Franck Piot.
Qualium acquired Agro-Service at the end of 2006. Credit Agricole CIB, Natixis and Societe Generale provided debt for the deal, according to unquote" data.

A senior debt package was arranged by CIC, Societe Generale, Banque Populaire Massif Central and Credit Agricole Centre France.

Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Montmarault, Agro-Service provides non-motorised agricultural equipment.
The company operates 19 stores in the Auvergne, Bourgogne, Centre, Limousin, Midi-Pyrénées, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and Rhône-Alpes regions in France. It generates turnover of around €35m and employs 120 staff.
