
FSI Régions injects €700,000 into Bourdoncle
FSI Régions has invested €700,000 in French diversified industrials group Bourdoncle.
The capital was provided via the OC+B fund, a €300m vehicle that invests in convertible bonds. It will enable Bourdoncle to invest in its production facilities and eventually recruit an extra 30 staff.
Company
Founded in 1995, Bourdoncle initially manufactured and installed metal fixtures used in the construction industry such as railings, stairways and doors. It then started producing industrial containers before adding ready-to-install walls used in the construction industry to its products range.
Bourdoncle now regroups five companies, employs 35 staff and generates a €4.5m turnover.
