
Omnes backs Eratome SBO
Omnes Capital has made a €15m capital injection into French refurbishment and construction firm Eratome, buying the asset from CM-CIC Capital Privé.
FSI Régions also participated in the deal, alongside the company's president and management team.
The fresh capital will support the acquisitive growth of the firm and the expansion of its customer base.
Debt
A mezzanine package was provided by IFE Mezzanine. CIC and Banque Palatine arranged a debt package, with support from Banque Populaire Rives de Paris and Caisse d'Epargne et de Prévoyance Ile de France.
Previous funding
In 2008, CM-CIC Capital Privé backed the management buyout of Eratome in a deal supported by debt arranged by Banque CIC.
Company
Founded in 1991 and based in Ile-de-France, Eratome is a construction and refurbishment company focused on the social housing sector. The company's service offering includes plumbing, decorating, electrical work, carpentry and flooring.
The firm expects to report a €30m turnover in 2013 and employs more than 100 members of staff.
