
Vespa Capital acquires Abylsen
Vespa Capital has taken a majority stake in French energy and technology consulting firm Abylsen.
The deal has been reported to be worth €75m. Vespa was not available for comment at this time.
Company
Abylsen is a Paris-based energy and technology consultancy with more than 600 employees. Abylsen also operates offices in Lille, Lyon, Metz, Nice, Belgium and Germany. In 2011, the company generated a turnover of €52m.
People
Denis Leroy and Jean-Valmy Nicolas led the deal on behalf of Vespa.
