Argos Soditic launches EUR150m mezzanine fund

Argos Soditic has launched a new sponsorless mezzanine fund, Argos Expansion, which aims to raise EUR150m in order to help the private equity group expand its activities such as LBOs, OBOs and expansion capital.
Investors
Historic Argos Soditic investors invested in the new fund, with around half of them French and the other half British.
Investments
Argos Expansion will invest between EUR5m-15m in European companies worth between EUR15-100m. Argos Soditic plans to do four to five investments a year in Europe of which 80% will be aimed at France, 15% at Italy and 5% at the Swiss market.
People
Gilles Mougenot and Olivier Bossan manage the fund for Argos Soditic.
