
Alven injects €1m into iAdvize
Alven Capital has invested €1m in French online customer relations services provider iAdvize.
iAdvize had previously raised €100,000 from business angels in 2010. The fresh funding will now allow it to accelerate its international development, target new markets and industries, and develop its existing offer.
Alven currently invests from the Alven Capital III fund, which closed on €100m in 2007.

Founded in 2010, iAdvize offers a range of online-based solutions allowing businesses to manage their customer relations activities. These include click-to-chat (instant messaging with a client) and click-to-call (immediate callback) functionalities.
iAdvize has already attracted 800 clients, including PagesJaunes, Cdiscount, Fnac and Pixmania.
