BlackFin acquires minority stake in Groupe Cyrus
BlackFin Capital Partners has taken a minority stake in the MBO of French wealth management firm Groupe Cyrus.
BlackFin's investment replaced the capital provided by UI Gestion, which acquired a 30% stake for €3.3m in July 2008.
The firm's management and partners have invested alongside BlackFin.

Cyrus is a French asset and wealth management firm, advising high-net-worth individuals and families on investments. Its services focus on wealth management, real estate and asset management. The firm manages €1.7bn in assets for 2,300 families. Cyrus operates eight offices across France and is headquartered in Paris.
