FSI Régions and SGCP back WC Loc OBO
FSI Régions and Société Générale Capital Partenaires (SGCP) have taken a minority stake in the owner buyout of WC Loc, a French sanitation fixtures rental business.
Group manager Hervé Montagne, who bought the business in 2007, remains a majority shareholder. Several employees also took a stake in WC Loc as part of this latest transaction.
CIC Nord Ouest, Société Générale, Crédit du Nord and LCL arranged a senior debt package to finance the OBO.
Company
Founded in 1992, the WC Loc group provides sanitation fixture rental services. Its holding company, HM Finance, comprises six businesses that generate a €13m turnover. The group employs 115 people.
