Omnes Capital invests in Unafinance MBI
Omnes Capital (formerly Crédit Agricole Private Equity) has backed the management buy-in of French building security company Unafinance.
The GP took a 40% minority stake alongside buyers Antoine de Miramon, who became chairman, and Eric Beaudru, who became chief executive officer of the company.
The buyers plan to develop the company's product range and grow its customer portfolio over the coming 10 years.
Debt
Senior debt was arranged by LCL, BNP Paribas and Société Générale.
Company
Unafinance consists of metalwork and access control company Unitecnic and natural ventilation, fire safety and natural smoke extraction company Comtra.
The business was founded in Alfortville in 1985. Its 2011 turnover was €9.4m. It employs 55 people.
People
Partner Laurent Espic and associate Fabrice Crabié, from the LBO and expansion small-cap team, worked on the deal for Omnes.
