
Turenne Santé backs Stimulus MBO
Turenne Capital Santé has backed the management buyout of Stimulus, a French consultancy firm specialising in mental health and wellbeing advice for the workplace.
Turenne and the management have acquired their stakes from French firm Dzeta Conseil, which has owned 84% of the business since 2010.
Dzeta, which has sold its entire stake, generated an IRR of 24% from the sale, according to French publication Capital Finance.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Paris, Stimulus is a consultancy firm specialising in workplace mental health and wellbeing.
The company employs 70 staff and reportedly generated €6m in turnover last year.
