FSI Régions backs Solareo with €3m
FSI Régions has injected €3m into solar energy consultancy Solareo in exchange for a minority stake.
The investment was made through the OC+B fund, a €300m FCPR vehicle that invests in convertible bonds.
The transaction will allow Solareo to expand its product and service offering and support the development of its solar power plants.
Company
Founded in 2005 and based in Paris, Solareo is a photovoltaics and energy conservation firm. The company carries out audits on buildings to assess solar energy efficiency and opportunity, before constructing sustainable on-site electricity production facilities and energy solutions. Clients include EON and EDF Energies Nouvelles.
