Vauban and Participex take 25% stake in NCS
Vauban Partenaires and subsidiary Participex Gestion have acquired a 25% stake in French IT systems provider NCS.
NCS founder Didier Ligner remains a majority shareholder, while management took a 5% stake in the business. NCS will use the fresh funds to drive revenue growth.
Vauban and its subsidiary Participex manage sevral FCPR private equity funds. The GPs usually invest a joint €300,000-10m per transaction.
Company
Founded in 1995, NCS provides businesses with IT and communications systems solutions. Based in Arras and with a presence in Paris, the company posted a €13m turnover in 2011.
