FSI Régions backs Coprométal
FSI Régions has injected €1m into French packaging producer Coprométal in exchange for a minority stake.
The investment was made through the OC+B fund, a €300m FCPR vehicle that invests in convertible bonds.
The investment will support the growth of the company and development of its production processes.
Company
Founded in 1999 and based in Lot-et-Garonne, Coprométal produces and markets packaging including paper bags, metal barrels and glass containers.
The firm reported a €10m turnover and employs 45 members of staff across three production sites.

Serge Mesguich and Sybille de Richecour led the deal for FSI Régions.
