
Entrepreneur Venture injects €1m in TBS Group
French growth capital investor Entrepreneur Venture has injected €1m into marketing software developer TBS Group.
The business is still owned at 60% by its CEO and founder Patrick Henrotte. The remainder of the equity is split between StartInvest, Entrepreneur Venture and a number of executives.
The fresh capital will notably be used to drive TBS' international expansion - while already present in Belgium, Spain and Italy, the group is aiming to expand into other European countries.
Company
Founded in 1987, TBS Group develops a range of software products targeting the media agencies and advertisement industries. Its products include AdResa, an advertising space rental management software, and LeFAC, a database targeting communication professionals.
The company employs 45 staff across Paris, Bruxelles, Madrid and Turin. It posted a €5m turnover in 2011.
