KDP Informatique (France) - Oct 2007
AXA Private Equity has realised its entire interest in CRM software and services provider KDP
Informatique, generating an IRR of approximately 25%, following the sale to CRM giant Sage
group. The deal was arranged through corporate financier Financière Cambon. KDP provides client
relationship management solutions to 2,700 clients and had revenues of €3.3m in 2006 with a profit
margin of around 40%. As a result of the deal, the management will be integrated into Sage Group.
Laurent Fouatta worked on this company for AXA Private Equity.
Previous funding AXA Private Equity originally acquired a 40% stake in the company in December 2003. The founder retained the balance.
