5 a Sec cleans up first deal under ING

5 a Sec, the Marseille-based dry cleaning franchise backed by ING Parcom Private Equity, has acquired its rival Bel & Blanc, which operates 64 shops around France. This is the company's first purchase since being backed by ING Parcom in August 2007.
