 
                Ixo and Omnes invest €6.25m in AT Internet
Omnes Capital has joined Ixo Private Equity in a €6.25m funding round for French web analytics business AT Internet.
Existing investor Ixo led the round with a €3.5m equity injection, while newcomer Omnes invested €2.75m. The company's founders remain majority shareholders.
Ixo and IRDI had previously provided AT Internet with growth capital in excess of €4m in 2009.
AT Internet will use the fresh capital to increase its R&D efforts and to bolster its international development. It will notably target emerging markets.

Established in 1995, Bordeaux-based AT Internet is a software-as-a-service company that offers clients the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data on internet site activity.
The business caters to 3,500 clients and employs 150 staff. It posted a €10.4m turnover in 2011.

Jean-Luc Riviere and Nicolas Olives led the deal on behalf of Ixo. Omnes was represented by François-Xavier Dedde and Marine Huber.
