
123Venture et al. in Vérifimmo MBI
123Venture, LCV Finance and David Hamelin have wholly acquired French insurance business Vérifimmo for an undisclosed amount.
The group will now be headed by David Hamelin. The new owners plan to drive growth by developing Vérifimo's client portfolio and services offering.
Company
Guérande-based Vérifimmo was founded around twenty years ago. The company offers operational risk management services to banks involved in the financing of home construction projects. It currently employs 20 staff.
